Form submissions are processed through our internal automation system (n8n) and stored in our CRM for client management purposes. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. We retain your information for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship or as required by law.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Here is what is active on every page:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — sets _ga and _ga_*cookies to collect anonymous data about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, general location). This data is aggregated and used solely to improve our website. Google’s privacy policy governs how they handle this data.
• Cal.com scheduling embed — when you interact with our booking calendar, Cal.com may set session cookies to manage the scheduling flow.
• Voiceflow chat widget — sets a session identifier to maintain your chat conversation across page loads.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site or submit a contact form.

6. Connected Platform Data (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn)

If you authorize Auto Mate AI to connect to your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, Threads profile, Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, YouTube channel, or LinkedIn profile, we receive and process data from those platforms solely to provide the services you engage us for. This may include:

• Basic profile information and the access tokens required to operate on your behalf
• Posts, comments, direct messages, reviews, and engagement metrics on accounts you connect
• Audience, reach, and performance insights from your Pages and accounts
• Advertising spend, campaign performance, and attribution data from ad platforms you connect

We use this data only to schedule and publish content, respond to or draft replies to audience engagement, generate analytics reports for you, and automate the workflows you have asked us to automate. We do not sell this data, we do not use it to train public AI models, and we do not share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (for example, our automation platform n8n and our AI processing providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI).

You can revoke our access at any time through your platform’s security settings, and you can request deletion of any data we hold by following the data deletion instructions.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Opt out of any future marketing communications
